2006 Pangos All-American Camp Report

The 4th annual Pangos All-American Camp was held this past weekend (June 2nd – 4th) at the SCBA Center (Cypress CA). Over 100-plus of America’s finest prospects participated in this event which was attended by Nike All-American Camp director Sherman Dilliard as well as several top national and regional scouts including Clark Francis (Hoop Scoop), Dave Telep (Scouthoops.com), Frank Burlison (Long Beach Press-Telegram & Scouthoops.com), Jerry Meyer (Rivalshoops.com), Greg Hicks (Scouthoops.com), Gerry Freitas (Hoop Review), Tracy Pierson (BruinReportOnline.com), Ronnie Flores (StudentSports.com), Josh Gershon (GoAzCats.com), Dave Keefer & Dave Rogahn (CaliforniaPreps.com), Dinos Trigonis & Etop Udo-Ema (Fullcourt Press), Alan Utter & Bob Jacoby (Hoop Scoop), Joel Francisco (SoCal’s Finest Scouting Service), Fred Smith (HoopTV.net), Brad Allis (WildcatInsider.com), Jamie Calsyn (ICON Sports Media), Jorge Calienes (C-Sports Online) and Brian Rothmuller (USCHoops.com).
Besides excellent instruction by Dave Miller (New Orleans Hornets assistant) and a “Recruiters Roundtable” discussion with Francis, Telep and Meyer, the camp concluded with a pair of “cream of the crop” games which showcased the elite prospects of the camp.
