The 12th annual Pangos Dream Classic was held on Saturday January 14, 2006 at the Hope International University (Fullerton CA).
The feature game was a rematch of December’s Westchester Tip-Off Classic championship game when Westchester outlasted Dominguez 57-54. This time Dominguez (behind Cal-Bound Patrick Christopher’s 17 points) would not be denied as the Dons gave the Comets their worst defeat (69-52) in quite sometime. 6’1” sophomore Brandon Jennings added 15 points and 7 assists for the Dons while 6’6” junior Dane Suttle contributed 13 points/7 rebounds for Westchester.
