I understand that any 2012 Pangos Summer Sweet 16 team and participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Pangos Summer Sweet 16 (PSS16) is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse.   I understand that each tourney participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance.  I also understand that the PSS16 retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisements purposes, photographs of event participants.
