I understand that any 2012 Pangos Spring Sweet Sixteen team and participant who does not abide by the rules, regulations and policies established by the Pangos Spring Sweet Sixteen (PSS16) is subject to dismissal without reimbursement or recourse.   I understand that each tourney participant is required to have their own medical and accident insurance.  I also understand that the PSS16 retains the rights to use for publicity and advertisements purposes, photographs of event participants. 

Team Tournament/Event Refund Policy

As a matter of policy, NO refunds will be issued after a team entry has been paid. Teams withdrawing from events, may be entitled to a credit (in the amount paid) for future team events.
